Ohmygawd.
What what was that weird twinge?
I've never felt that before.
I'm just going to Google "pregnant lower abdominal pain"

Why do I Google things?!
Now I have a list of 14 ailments this could possibly be.
And I'm sure I have the worst one.
Ohgawd, ohgawd, ohgawd.
Reality check: Yep, doomsday could be upon you. But more than likely, it's not. There are so many random aches and pains that come along with carrying around a little one, even when they're REALLY little.
Personally, my funny twinges and pains started super early. No, I'm not going to tell you exactly how many weeks early, because everyone is different. So far (knocking on wood, or whatever this desk is made of), all my little ailments have been nothing. And yours probably are, too. Remember: Your previously unoccupied uterus has had how many years, how many decades, of being vacant?
Right.
Things are moving around inside you to accommodate the little one. And for some people, there are signs of that really early on.
If you're ever truly concerned, call your OB, that's what they're there for. As my mom says, it's OBs and pediatricians who always get the patient calls, so they're used to it.
Love and good vibes,
R
For all my fellow future mamas who worry about every.little.thing. Stop by often for a relatable, if not ridiculous, fear, concern or complaint. And hopefully, some laughs to make you feel better.

Pregnant? Worried? You've come to the right place.
Hello, fellow moms-to-be. As far as I'm concerned, pregnancy and worry go hand in hand, and for me it began about 30 seconds after getting my positive pregnancy test. After that all too brief island of elation, a tidal wave of worry set in and it hasn't let up yet.
And I've got many more months of it to go.
So henceforth, I'll be blogging the Worry of the Day. Some worries will be serious, others more lighthearted, but more than anything, I hope that by doing this, I'll create a sense of community.
Because I know you're out there.
I've seen you on all the forums and message boards. But those places don't necessarily serve this need. There are women who will dismiss your worries, others who can't seem to be nice, and about a thousand other topics floating around and distracting from the reason you sought out a forum in the first place.
You're worried. I am too. So follow me as I share my concerns, rational, bizarre or otherwise, and share yours, too. We'll get through being pregnant together. And maybe even achieve what my girlfriends keep telling me to try doing ... enjoy it?
